3 Sentence Ficathon 2021

liquidtearsI'm Back Again!!
Thankfully, (a) prompt(s) from the 3 Sentence Ficathon 2021 has brought me back from my cave of writing. Here I will add this year's stories for this fest.
Let's do this!
1)wingedflight ; any, any, a superhero AU
I went with: Riverdale, Archie, a superhero AU.
Seven Years had passed in which Archie "Archibald" Andrews hadn't protected the town of Riverdale from evil-doers, including their Mayor, Hiram Lodge.
Because he had been off going on adventures of his own, of his college years and protecting new loved ones, not even thinking once of his gang the Justice Archie League.
But now, after having flown back to the town that had been a part of him ever since he had been born, and seeing how much of a ghost town the still current Mayor Lodge had turned it into, when his feet touched the ground, he knew that he would have re-assemble his team of Justice Archie League once again, yes, even Reggie "Reginald" Mantle.
acequeenking : any, any, awkward dinner party.
I went with: Riverdale, Cheryl Blossom/Toni Topaz, awkward dinner party.
"Oh-Em-Gee, ma chèrie, you'll never guess what happened!" Cheryl said to her girlfriend Toni as she got ready that night for their nightly dinner party, or as she liked to call it, their din-din.
"Well, my Nana still hasn't allowed me to date you so we'll keep being secretive at it until she will finally see what a great match we are and that you are not like your family but do tell, honey," Toni told her girlfriend.
"I now fully own the Blossom Maple Farms!" Cheryl gleefully exclaimed as she wrapped her arms around her girlfriend and passionately kissed her, not caring that her girlfriend was looking at her awkwardly which was sure making this din-din into an awkward dinner party.
3)acequeenking : any, any, (long line I'll include in I went with) ((Couldn't resist, 4 sentences))
I went with: Riverdale, Jughead Jones, for every mystery, there is someone, somewhere, who knows the truth. Perhaps that someone is watching. Perhaps... it's you.
"For every mystery, there is someone, somewhere, who knows the truth. Perhaps that someone is watching. Perhaps... it's you" Jughead read aloud behind his laptop and was about to continue his novel when he got interrupted.
"That's all you came up with, brother? Do I need to come up with another mystery like I did seven years ago?" Jellybean, now also aged as much as Jughead has, asked her brother as she stood in the doorway.
Jughead's head swiveled from the screen to his now aged sister, not meaning to look at her in an ogling way but if this is the very first brother and sister are reunited, then that's the way it has to be, his hands up in front of him. "No way, sis, thanks for the idea, but that was just me starting it that way, trust me, I got it covered," Jughead said as he got up and wrapped his arms around his sister who he hadn't seen in so long.
"Since when do you do hugs, Juggy?" his sister asked him as she tried to entangle herself from his hug.
4)syrena_of_the_lake : Harry Potter, any character, cheese-based potions.
I went with: Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery, Penny Haywood, cheese-based potions.
"I cannot believe it, Snape just liked my newly-created potion! Oh My God, this is the happiest day of my life!" Penny Haywood exclaimed as the Order of Khanna were all standing there in the Courtyard.
"What did you do," Merula asked as she rolled her eyes because she was as bored out of her mind today, "did you use Charm Your Own Cheese?"
"Nope, that would have been hilarious, Merula, but I created a new cheese-based potion called the Quatro Formaggio Potion, four different flavors in one!"
5) anonymous: Kim Possible, Kim, fame
Kim Possible had never known how famous she would be years later.
She had disguised herself and still went around the world, but not fighting crime, no, that role was filled for someone else.
Smiling whenever she would hear her own catchphrase "What's the Sitch?" from so many other people while wondering if this is what fame is.
6) anonymous: any, any, gossip.
I went with Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery, Samuel Ward/Penny Haywood, gossip.
"So, Penny..." Samuel Ward asks as he finds Penny standing there above him while he is trying to have his sandwich in the Courtyard because after having his note read aloud by his least favorite teacher Severus Snape for the whole Potions class, he wouldn't want to be having his lunch in The Great Hall anyway because he would be sure all eyes would be on him, "what's the latest gossip?"
"Ohhhh, nothing much, just that there is a rumor about a certain someone who has a crush on someone else who got his note read by my favorite teacher..." Penny said as she joined him, rambling on, but Samuel decides to make her stop, so he wraps his arms around her shoulders and kisses her deeply.
"Penny Haywood, I have a huge crush on you, will you be my girlfriend?" he asks while watching her facial features react to the question, a goofy smile on his face, because no matter what the situation is, Penny Haywood can always make things way better.
7) simplecoffee: Supernatural, Dean/Cas, Dean + selective mutism
"So Dean, you never told me, what is your preference of the perfect porn scene, like, how many people, what positions, what setting, etcetera?" Cas asked him one night.
Dean's eyes bulged at the mention of the nature of that question.
Yeah, he wondered, what IS my preference?
