Fanfic: Well, I totally LOVE writing fanfics! Whereas some like to draw or dabble with the arts (not magic, lol, but making banners and avatars, that sort of thing) There's something powerful in getting to write your own story, you have your own freedom and don't have any rules you have to stick to. You can even write Crossovers! And you can make 'ships that some people never would have thought of! It's totally awesome!
Buffy The Vampire Slayer: Believe it or not, but before I got heavily into the fanfic-writing, I had written a lot of Buffy fanfics. Some still can be found on adultfanfiction.net. In case you're interested, send me a message and I'll point ya in the right direction. I even wrote a Buffy fanfiction in my own language. What can I say about the show? I totally loved that show. I was sad it was over after seven seasons. Until recently I have bought some issues of the Buffy Season 8 comics. (on a sidenote I had also bought some of Angel Season Six, but I quit with that series after #4) I totally loved Sarah Michelle Gellar like I love Laura Vandervoort now. There also was a huge liking of Michelle Trachtenberg. (like the fanfic Finding Love At The Movies was a very Dawn-centric one)
Alias: OMG, I totally loved that series! Once again I was sad that it was cancelled after 5 seasons. This actually reminds me of a friend I had made on Yahoo Messenger. (for the record: we haven't talked since god knows when since she never came online after a particular day, cannot remember when, but I am sure that we didn't have an argument or something.) She introduced me to Alias fanfics lol. I remember we had started a collaboration on an Alias story together, but since we lost touch we never got to finish it. Ron Rifkin was an awesome Arvin Sloane and those Derevko sisters! Damn what an awesome storyline! Let's not forget Rambaldi!
Sports: I come from an awesome family who loves to watch sports. I used to play hockey for a long time, until last season because I was at odds with my hockey team. I was placed into another team without knowing it, and I totally had NOTHING in common with the new team. After what took like forever, I got back into the team, but the fun was totally sucked out of it. I also play golf. Mostly with my dad. I used to go play golf with dad and some of his friends on Wednesday, but since I got a fulltime job some years ago I quit that. I mostly play golf with my dad in the weekend.
SMALLVILLE: Ding! Ding! Ding! We have arrived! I love that show, nowadays I love it a bit less. It wasn't until an awesome friend of mine -ambergalaxy - I totally loved her stories on KryptonSite and wanted to learn how to write such awesome stories because I had always feared that my stories wouldn't be that good. So she gave me a few pointers and thus it lead to my first Smallville fanfic called Starting Over , of course with Kara. Then the ball started rolling and stories popped up like carrots from the ground... until my banishment from KryptonSite. It took a while for me to get over that and so I moved on with continuing to write Smallville fanfics.
So I hope it was fun for everyone to know a little bit more about me and my 'journey' into writing such fanfics.
