More Than Friendship? (Kara/Lois) Chapter One: Apologize

Spoilers: Season 7, after Traveler and before Veritas
Short Summary: Kara has her memory back and feels guilty about what she did to Lois when they had first met.

Lois didn't sniff the air, but could clearly smell the musty, dank aroma around Kara's bed.
Chapter One : Apologize
By Rao! She's here!? Kara thought right after her other thought, as she watched Lois get closer, dressed in black lacy lingerie that made her Kryptonian heart beat faster and faster, giving her face a color change: she blushed scarlet red. Lois perched herself at the edge of Kara's bed and looked at Kara. "What's wrong, Kara? You were screaming, I could hear you next door!" Lois told Clark's cousin.
"Uhm..." Kara said, fidgeting with her fingertips, "where's Clark?" Kara asked, her eyes meeting Lois's. Rao... those eyes... and her body... Kara thought as she checked Lois out in her nightly lingerie.
Lois didn't sniff the air, but could clearly smell the musty, dank aroma around Kara's bed. Oh My God... has Kara been masturbating while thinking about Smallville?! She knew Chloe was in love with Clark, because of Chloe's confession to Jor-El. Maybe finally Clark dumps Lana and moves on with Chloe... Kara couldn't help but think.
Before she could stop herself, a tear slipped out of her eyes, yet the tear didn't reach the ground. No, because Lois had reached up and wiped the tear away with the use of her fingertip, which burnt Kara's face with desire for Lois. She wanted to drop this act and launch herself on Lois, feel those lips on hers, feel her own lips on Lois's, while her hands were going lower toward Lois's....
"Kara, why are you crying?" Lois asked gently, keeping a little distance from Clark's cousin, but also not being that far away from her. Kara's eyes met Lois's. "Because of you." Kara said softly.
Lois was shocked and removed her fingertip from Kara's cheek. "ME? What did I do? Were you expecting Smallville to burst in and comfort you?" Lois blurted out, offended to the maximum core that someone could be if they heard that that person was the reason a cousin of a guy she clashed with almost every moment of every day was crying about her.
"No, it's because of our first meeting. I was just thinking about protecting my.... my.... science project and I hurt you and I destroyed your cellphone!" Kara blurted out as well, no boundaries around her emotions. "I didn't even visit you in the hospital! Lois, I'm so sorry!" Kara said and started crying again, her hands enveloping Lois's body as Kara put her arms around her shoulders and pulled her closer.... the burning feeling of concealed breasts against her own igniting the fire again she had felt when she had been masturbating and thinking about Lois, but this time, that fire burnt more brightly.
"And if you hadn't found me in Detroit, I.... who knows what would have happened? Jacob would still have...." Kara cried, not wanting to finish the sentence.

"Thank you, Lois. I really appreciate it." Kara told Lois, after they had broken the hug. She tried to pretend everything was alright, when in fact she ached for Lois to touch her now more than ever.
Lois grinned at Kara, then yawned. "I should be getting back to bed, tomorrow's another day at the Daily Planet for me. Shall I say hi to Jimmy for you?" Lois asked as she got up from Kara's bed. "Yeah, that'd be nice... Lois, thank you." Kara said, deciding to play the game along. She had gotten way over Jimmy since their last meeting at the One Republic concert. That spark they had before... had just dissipated, yet the flame started to burn brightly that night in Detroit, having been locked up with Lois.
"Goodnight, Lois. I'll try to get back to sleep. Sorry for waking you." Kara said as she lay her head back on the pillow and smiled up at Lois. Lois suddenly had a thought of moving her lips to Kara's face and kiss her goodnight, but blinked her eyes and stopped making that thought a reality. What the HELL am I? A babysitter who kisses a little girl goodnight?! Lois thought as she smiled and turned away, then turned around to look at Kara again. "Goodnight, Kara. I hope sleep will come to you now, now that your spirits are lifted and that you know the apology has been accepted." Lois said with a wink before she returned to Clark's bed.
Yet Kara wasn't completely satisfied yet, the wink only upping the desire, lust and want for Lois Lane... with a soft sigh Kara closed her eyes, trying to get back to sleep.
