Writer's Block: Fan love

My favorite tv character of all time has got to be Kara Kent aka Supergirl.
I'm such a big fan of her! And even more since Laura Vandervoort has been playing her on Smallville! I wish the writers treated her better so she would still be on the show, but V is amazing too.
Since the new comic series started I have been collecting issues. I also own some of the comics from earlier times, but not a lot of them. For those new series (the last one is Supergirl #52) It all started when I went to New York City with my sisters and mother (dad stayed home) and there I got the first 4 comics of Supergirl's current series and since then I have given myself a subscription on the comic. Sometimes they would skip a month (or 3) so I don't have a full series, but I have a lot of them.
I don't have any other memorabilia... well, other than an ANI-COMI Supergirl Statue and a Kara doll with the outfit she had on when she first came to Earth. I do collect a lot of Laura Vandervoort pictures and magazines.
Well, as for did she inspire me in any way... she sure did! I've written a lot of fanfics involving Kara (and actually a lot more of Laura Vandervoort) I won't touch any art by my hand though. I'll leave that up to more skilled artists.
