Starting Over (chapter 8)
Clark couldn't speak...
Chapter 8 : Jan's Decision
Clark couldn't speak. Instead he looked at his nude cousin, his nude girlfriend, a nude Lois and a nude Jan who had just given the three girls a spray of his cum. Anger erupted inside him as he made his way over to the bed. "Eww Smallville!" Lois said and immediately got off the bed and began to get dressed, pretending to be oblivious about just having had sex with Clark's cousin's boyfriend. Yet it had been great but she would never admit this to anyone. "Clark, the punch had been spiked with some strange substance." Chloe explained, not realizing what was about to happen to her. Clark towered over her, and wanted to slap her since he had already pulled his hand back, but the blow never came, as Chloe darted to her clothes and got dressed. "Clark, I'm really sorry! We all didn't know the punch had been spiked!" "Yeah, well, why didn't you look around you? The whole Talon was acting like a Brothel! People grinding their bodies against other people's bodies everywhere!" Clark exclaimed, very upset. Kara and Jan didn't dare move, their bodies were closest to eachother's. "Yeah, all of you were infected by Red Kryptonite." Clark explained after he had seen Lois go into the bathroom. "What?! There's another kind of Kryptonite other than green and blue?" Kara spoke up.
Clark rolled his eyes. "Apparently, there is, or Chloe and Lois wouldn't both have been so into your boyfriend... no offense, Jan. It makes us behave erratically, it's like all boundaries that you have had before are simply gone." Clark said and explained to his cousin. Jan smartly chose to just not reply to Kara's cousin. When Clark saw that Chloe had gotten dressed again, did he move toward her and kissed her. "I know you didn't choose for this to happen to you, Chloe, and I forgive you." There was a flush from the bathroom and Lois appeared again. "Whatever, Smallville, just let us get out of here. Wouldn't want to stay up late so these two lovebirds here will be late on their first day of running the Talon together, now would you?" Lois commented and before anyone could reply she had gone downstairs. Chloe smiled and hugged both nude Kara and Jan goodnight.
"Well... if we scratch that part, I must say that tonight was a great party, right guys? Jan's gotten to see his friends again and his girlfriend was formally introduced to them." Chloe commented. "Yeah, it was great seeing them again, it has simply been...." Jan said, but was cut off by Clark.
"...Too long. We know. Well, goodnight you two and hopefully see you tomorrow. And good luck on your first day at the Talon, Jan." Clark said before he and Chloe had gone downstairs and joined Lois to go home again.
Kara and Jan heard the door close of the Talon, and the following moment they both burst into laughter. Although it took Kara a little bit longer to start laughing. What would have happened if lust hadn't been on her mind with the Red K? Maybe she could have started a fight with someone or done something evil?
Jan made a mental note to not blindly buy anything for Kara with the color Red.... including a Wedding Ring with a red ruby. He smiled at Kara as he watched her nude form in his bed. He loves her so much, maybe it would be time to look for a nice gift for her..... ANYTHING that wasn't a red color would do nicely. Jan got out of bed, took the keys from the table and locked up the door downstairs. Then he returned to his girlfriend's side. Kara's hands wrapped around Jan's nude body and pulled him down against her nude body. After a kiss the two lovebirds fell asleep.
Meanwhile... at the Luthor Mansion...
"Thank you so much for letting me stay here, Mr. Luthor." the woman says as she lay in bed with Lex holding her close. "Now I can keep a good eye on my son." Mrs. Aurora Brown said to the man who was holding her. There was a grin on Lex's face. "Who wouldn't want to have a mother and a son be close? I certainly would want to make sure that that bond never breaks." He was kissed by Aurora and watched as she fell asleep. I wonder what she'll think of me if she uncovers the truth about me insulting her coffee shop and trying to shoot her son? was Lex's only thought before he too fell asleep.
When the two lovebirds woke up at the Talon's apartment, they took a joint shower, first playfully touching eachother and then helping one another with the shampoo and body lotion. After they had finished their shower, they got dressed in their Talon uniforms and went downstairs to officially open the Talon and start the new day. It didn't take long or they were swamped with orders, mostly coming from the new Smallville High Schoolers.
Lois and Chloe were at the Daily Planet, both cringing when they thought of The Talon and what had happened there a night ago. Their bodies against Kara and Jan's... it took an ET substance to make them feel so much lust for one guy. "Hey CS, LoLa!" Jimmy said with a smile as he joined their workstation. They both jumped in unison.
"Oh, hey, Jimmy." Chloe said, unsure whether to tell Jimmy about Kara being back in town, with her new boyfriend. She would wait until he would start whining about her again, and then tell the truth, nothing but the whole truth... which would probably be the awful truth for Jimmy.
"So have you heard, Jimmy? Kara's back!" Lois blurted out excitedly to their photo reporter. Good going Lois, I couldn't have done it better myself... Chloe thought. "What? Since when?" Jimmy spoke up. "Uhm... since a couple of days. She's working at the Talon now..." She looked at her cousin and then turned back to look at Jimmy again. "With her new boyfriend, Jan Brown."
Jimmy didn't let the disappointment show on his face. He just said one word. "Oh." A silence envelopped the three. "Well, that's great, that she's back." Jimmy said, a smile on his features. "It sure is." Chloe said with a smile on his face. "And do you know what's funnier? Amber who's working here, is a longtime friend of Jan!" Chloe said with a smile.
Just when Jimmy wanted to reply, did Chloe's desk phone ring. "Hold that thought, Olsen." Chloe said and picked up the phone. "Daily Planet, Chloe Sullivan speaking?"
Meanwhile, Jan had finally some time for himself, all people are drinking their coffee and eating their food, so it was a bit quiet for now. Kara was working the coffee machine, and Jan was in the supply room. "Chloe, it's Jan. I need your help."
Chloe's eyes got wide and she put a hand around the earpiece. "Guys, back to your stations! I think I see Lex coming!" Chloe said in a panic, which was actually a ruse to get Lois and Jimmy back to work. Without a reply from either two, they returned back to work. "Jan, what's wrong? Is it Kara?"
Jan smiled softly as he watched Kara work. A tear softly fell from his eyes.
"Yes and no. I deeply apologize for what happened last night. I had no idea the punch was spiked, even though we are the workers at the Talon we should have known." Jan said to her.
"Don't apologize, Jan. You just didn't know. You didn't just call me to let me know you're sorry, right?"
"No... well... I... want to propose to Kara." Jan said.
Chloe's eyes widened. "Jan, that's great! Did you have a ring in..." She started, but was cut off by Jan.
"I don't want her to get a Kryptonite ring around her finger, so I need your help to go look for one with me this Saturday. So you need to keep this a secret from everyone, including Clark."
"...Mind?" Chloe finished. "Yes, I'll be as quiet as a mouse about it. I promise, your secret is safe with me, even to Clark. As for Saturday, sure, I'll help."
"Thank you, Chloe Sullivan. You are a great friend. So I'll see you Saturday?"
"Saturday it is, Jan!" Chloe happily said and then they said their goodbyes.
God... Jimmy... you're probably not going to like this... Chloe thought, even though she was happy for her boyfriend's cousin and Jan. With that mind, she went back to work.
